INITIAL CONSULTATIONS
During your child's initial consultation at FUNctional Paediatric Therapy our therapist will get a comprehensive history of your child including any relevant medical information, when they reached particular developmental milestones, their daily habits, what concerns you have and goals to improve their physical health. A detailed objective assessment will then be completed to assist the therapist in identifying areas your child may need help, setting goals and creating an individualised treatment plan.
FUNDING
At FUNctional Paediatric Therapy we are able to work with clients funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who are self-managed or plan managed.
At FUNctional Paediatric Therapy we are able to work with clients who have received 5 allied health sessions through the Medicare Chronic Disease GP Management Plan. Please contact your GP or FUNctional Paediatric Therapy to learn more about this option.
